For the past six years we have hosted the annual LITGM Celebration of Peace, Love and the Second Amendment known as Gunstock.
We're thanked by all attended for having it at our farm in very rural Newton County Indiana where we are free to do as we please as long as it is within the law. It's our pleasure to host it.
And now some thanks to a few who brought something special to the party and help make it a success.
Carl & Co. loading mags early.
Huge thanks to the bro for setting up the chuck wagon area, bringing the sausages, snacks, condiments, gas grill, tents and his very special burgers made with ground pork, beef and chorizo. HIs time and effort is greatly appreciated. He loves doing it and it definitely shows.
A few friends showed up for the food alone. It tastes even better being out in the fresh country air. Think of a tailgate on steroids.
Dan brought the corn while Doug brought his big Weber and the coffee can that held the hot butter for dipping. Yum.
Thanks to Carl's friends for showing up with some special toys to play with. Another special feature of having Gunstock is being able to sample so many of the fun toys. We all share. Not many places one can go to field test such a variety of hands and longs and shots. As always I get a kick our of Carl's dad who is an interesting old school fellow. He mooched a cigar from me and I was happy to oblige since he puffed on it while telling stories of his past adventures.
As always, we ended the day with some bangs.
